Hi folks

Hi there all;

On the odd occasion that I am not cycling to work, I'll be the one on the A93 Blairgowrie Road in a '90 BRG Vspec Eunos with the top down (usually in winter) with some trendy tunes (Genesis or Marillion) on the 8 track).

Toodle pip..

Thanks all :),

Aye - the website; well, the last time I looked at the it was before I was married and jnr came along... it was built using notepad and so I am sure that along with most things - technology is starting to pass me by..

the wee car's in for its MOT today so we'll see what happens :?: .

I've had the car almost 2 years now and think its totally braw. When I was shopping for it I took my father-in-law along (as he knows about lots of old things :roll:) and he liked it so much he went out and bought one exactly the same!.

A working MX5 is much better than a 1953 TR3a rusting in an outbuilding.... :lol:

Hi Neil

Welcome to the forum, good to have you along. Interested in your definition of "trendy"; that makes my Status Quo compilation right up to the moment!

If my geography's right, Guildtown puts you in the DD/PH postcode area.

I'm the MX-5 Owners' Club Area Co-ordinator covering that area so, if you want to know anything about the Club, e-mail me at the address below. Having said that, you don't have to be a Club member to enjoy the forum, so there's no pressure ...

In the meantime enjoy the huge amount of information and wackiness which is the MX-5 Scotland forum and feel free to try out a couple of events. Our next is on June 17th.

And if you decide to join, I'll be waiting with a form ...
Cheers
Colin

Thanks Colin,

I will have a peek at the membership stuff and may come knocking..

By the way, in my own sad way - the whole postcode thing is my work passion - I could tell you all sorts of geographic nonsense based on postcodes (I think I may have a file with numbers of new Mazda's purchased by postcode sector....) :shock:
