Newbie... Hello All

Postby andy4976 » Sun Mar 18, 2007 2:14 pm

hi all

Just bought my first MX5, bought her 2 weeks back, its a 1998 MK2 1800 RS import, love it to bits, have made a few changes already, I have upgraded the 15" alloys with 16" sport ones, have also chnaged the windbreaker to one with speakers built in, its not my everyday car ( have a Bora TDI ) plan to keep her for quite a while, can't wait until summer to get the hood down,

Nice to meet you all.

PS if anyone is looking for 15" with new tyres or a windbreaker, please send a PM, not got round to puting in for sale post.

Some pictures of my new toy.

Welcome, Andy.

Nice looking Roadster and just love the wheels.

Small piece of advice - you most certainly don't have to wait for summer to put the roof down, that's left to the MGF drivers.

Welcome Andy, not normally a fan of white cars but I've never seen a mk2 in white and it looks great 8)

You'll have to update your profile to let everyone know where your from. And also as everyone else has said, roof down at all times possible, only the mg, bmw and audi drivers leave the roof up with the aircon running when the sun it out.
