New Mk1 Owner

Postby Stuart B » Sun Feb 01, 2015 6:16 pm

I bought a rather nice and very standard 1992 Mk1 Eunos last summer on Ebay and I have used it for commuting and I have done a couple of competitive classic rallies in it with my daughter navigating. Great fun and the car goes like a train on the timed tests although I could do with an alloy sumpguard. It was first imported to the UK in 2008 and it seems that is has been pampered and polished ever since. It is now sitting in my nice dry garage and the plan is to carefully waxoyl it before using it regularly once the weather improves as it is unmarked underneath. and has done about 80,000 miles.

Welcome to the forum Stuart.

There are tiny drains each side of both jackin points both side. Eight in total make sure these are clear after you pump waxoil into the sills.

I assume you know about the cabin drains just at the seatbelt towers.
