Hey everyone,

Lorraine "ThePram" introduced me the the forum today up in Sunny Aberdeen... Bought my first MX5 mk1 1991 Marnier Blue on Saturday. I've had a few teething issues but everything is going swimmingly so far.

I'm taking good care of it... Detailing, service and respray all coming soon. Reverting back to OEM body wit the exception of spoiler and wheels :)

New Tan soft roof required, a cheap ebay job might be the answer for now...

Tan on Blue? are you sure?

America had Tan on Blue, but it had a matching leather interior

Quick update..

Been slowly getting bits and pieces together in between trying to work to fund it :)

Just bought a blue hard top so I'm now "Full Smurf" (I'll get a nice photo soon)
Smoked Side lights
Personal reg.
Bit of touching up
upgraded the sound
front strut and cabin brace added

I'm looking for a smooth Mk1 boot lid (without fog light) if anyone knows of one!?
