Been watching some videos on youtube from Doune.

Man.... that John Roddick guy has some big balls! :o
Watch around the minute mark where he goes round a left hand bend with the tail stepping out. It has a barrier and wall on both sides and he just keeps the foot in!

Hi guys, thanks for the responses.
Just trying to figure out my planned improvments for my car and suspension is next.
Am I right in saying most things are allowed without a separate reservoir? E.g. gaz golds, meisterR, hsd, koni etc.

I'm sure this is all in the blue book but I don't have my copy yet.

Spring and damper upgrades are allowed with a couple of exemptions.
The regs for A9 are in addition to the blue book road car restrictions.
Current A9 regs are on the website www.eunosecosse.co.uk,my contact details are also there if you want to give me a ring at some point for a chat.

Cheers

I now have agreement from the Doune secretary, Billy Cater, that any MX5 drivers that have an Owners Club membership card will be given the 50% discount into the paddock and up the hill to spectate on Saturday or Sunday. To date, nobody has told me categorically that they will be attending so it is assumed that numbers will not be sufficient to allocate a special parking area for MX5OC cars, so that would be in the general public parking area..
Hopefully, with more advanced notice...we can organise this in,say,April as an official outing.

Hi there.
I'll be heading up on the Sunday to see you guys and have a chat.
Can't make it up on Saturday as have an autosolo event.

Looking forward to finding out about it some more, and have started collecting bits for my car for next year already. :)

Look forward to seeing you,G-bob
After parking in the field on the right as you come in...just identify yourself at the entrance to the paddock.
This is on the left of the entrance road...we will probably be all parked at the entrance on the left.

Just a thought...not sure what sort of change they have at the gate...might be useful to have a 50p if only one of you.
Show your MX5OC card to get the 50% discount off the £5 fee.
