This waving lark??!!

Postby The Pram » Tue Aug 30, 2005 12:49 am

Ok, so how many folk have an MX5 and don't belong to the club??
How many are visitors to the site?
How many are club members and visit this site?

I have seen more MX5's than I can count but only 1 wave. What's that about?? :?: :?: :?: In 3 weeks of ownership, I have seen loads of "us" and only 1 wave :? :? .

I even feel tempted to wave at all Mazda cars now :?

Maybe being new to this game I am being a bit optimistic :?: but it would be nice to acknowledge each other, wouldn't it?

I know..........we are all so keen to watch the road and not other road users........but look out for each other, especially my new car with the divet of paint out of the wing mirror  .

Ok, too many drams now and off to bed and soap box put away

Maybe I am just "Billy No Mates" and want a friend with a "5"

Come on guys/gals in Aberdeen area, fly the flag!!!

MMMMM?

My partner at work is from Ayrshire and she has always said that the folk up here are anti-social compared to down her way. Not sure about that one. Maybe its city folk more than country folk. All my family are from the country originally and I think we go overboard sometimes with friendliness (as in, you drive by the house and get dragged in for a weeks food and drink).

Don't know, jury is still out on "are we unfriendly here in the north east"?
