Red Mk1 Heading into Aberdeen

Postby Gordon » Sat Aug 12, 2006 5:44 pm

Saw a nice red Mk1 with air intakes on the headlights going towards Aberdeen on Thursday morning. I managed to wave but it was filthy weather and I'm not sure if I was spotted in return.

Gordon
Did see you pass.
I did wave but you were on me before I realised: :P
Traffic
Was heading for a meeting.
What a journey that was.
Don't normally take her out in such horrible weather but had to.

Gordon,
Just thought, was it me ?
I was travelling to Inveruruie from Findochty
Left home 9 am and didn't arrive in Inverurie until 10.30 am.
I did see red mk 1 on my journey but can't remember where abouts.
Wouldn't it be strange if it wasn't you

I'm fairly sure it was you, the twin air-intakes are pretty distinctive.

Certainly an evil morning for a drive, the traffic was pretty bad too at least at that bit, it thinned out a bit for me as I got nearer to Inverness.
