Creiff Run

Postby Richardn » Mon Feb 14, 2005 8:18 pm

If you've not read the instructions :?

I have planned the day on roads that will not be too badly affected by weather.

Lunch is at the excellent Glenturret Distillery

We will be back at Stirling Services by 4pm, so no trailing about in the dark.

So, whose up for a run :D

I (we) fully expect to be there.

After all, one has to pay "homage" at the Famous Namesake!

However, we might elect to drive back to Dundee from Crieff...

That is one hell of a reserved space sign Gordon - dont know if you can fit it in the boot for Holland - Looking forward to the run Richard but not so sure about the lunch especially when the haggis is mince.

Looking forward to it, Lynne and I will be there.

Appears as though Douglas has listened to me moaning about him organising all last years runs on my weekends ON, this year, most of them are on my weekends OFF!!

You clearly need to get over to Skye and head to the "Isles Inn" in Portree. They do the most amazing haggis I've ever had in my life! They serve the haggies, tatties and neeps in towers with a spicy onion sauce.

My girlfriend and I have been back to Skye twice now because of it. Sad, but worryingly true!

All being well the Crieff run should take place as planned, but please bear in mind weather conditions will be monitored up until the Sunday morning, that's why its important to check the site and let us know beforehand if you plan to attend.

The route should not be affected.

If the weather is bad we can shorten easily :? So I see no reason to doubt it WILL run
